Return & Exchange Policies
- The Window
- Return/Exchange Period: Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Delivered Day will be considered Day number 1.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- The Process
- Exchanges: We offer one free exchange per order for a different size (if stock is available).
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

The Handcrafted Touch: Please note that because our garments are handmade, slight variations in weave, or embroidery are not considered defects. These are the unique marks of artisan craftsmanship that make your piece one-of-a-kind.
